On 14-16.11.2022, the 10th anniversary ‘Health and Safety Promoter’ Conference took place in Krakow. Rock Master was invited to this event as a partner and speaker. The lecture was given by Agnieszka Gołkowska, Promoter of the VR Project in Poland. The topic of the lecture was ‘Supporting altitude training with Virtual Reality’.
Rock Master is the first company in Europe, and the second in the world, to offer altitude training in VR form. This type of training is not 360-degree videos, but each exercise the trainee has to perform using virtual hands. Participants move through the virtual space completely as if they were in their working environment. Thanks to the goggles, participants become immersed in the virtual world and engage in the exercises they are performing. Thanks to this technology, training is not only safe but also effective. The repeated repetition of activities promotes memorisation. An additional advantage of VR training is that it is individual, which traditional group training cannot provide. In the virtual world, each trainee has his or her own personal instructor who will not allow them to move on if they do not perform all the activities correctly and in the correct order.
VR technology can be used as a learning support for traditional method training, which we have been offering on the Polish market since 1990, and as an alternative training.
We have developed over a hundred different scenarios in a variety of settings for the industries:
- Construction
- Energy
- Telecommunications
- Industry
We offer training for any industry where height is a particularly hazardous factor. On request, we can create a setting that corresponds to the working environment.
Our clients praise them for the fact that VR training does not disorganise the entire plant, as employees can use them one at a time when they have the time.
Our clients also praise them for the fact that they enable employees to gain knowledge and be able to apply it to their work.
On request, we can create a setting to suit the working environment.
Thank you for the invitation and your interest in our innovative product.
