T SYSTEM – safety nets
A non-invasive fall protection solution
Type “T” safety nets are a non-invasive solution for safe work on construction sites. Our offer includes three versions of T-type nets: scaffolding, pole mounted and ceiling mounted.
The system was designed and manufactured based on applicable safety regulations and standards EN 1263-1 and EN 1263-2 regarding safety nets protecting against falls from heights
Ceiling-mounted T type safety net
– designed to protect persons from falls from height not exceeding 6 m. If installed at the highest floor, the net will also be effective in the case of large parts, such as girders, falling from heights.
The most important features of the system:
- Polypropylene net with 100 x 100 mm mesh, with a border rope – protecting people from falls from height; integrated protective net – protection against falling objects;
- A 6 m x 3 m support for mounting the net in the horizontal, anchored to the structure’s ceiling,
- Only first-time installation requires a crane; a RWRM Rock Master winch can be used for moving and disassembly. 140 kg
Pole-mounted T type safety net
– designed to protect persons from falls from height not exceeding 6 m. If installed at the highest floor, the net will also be effective in the case of large parts, such as girders, falling from heights.
The most important features of the system:
- No drilling or tools required for the installation.
- Installed using a clamping mechanism.
- A double net with a mesh of 10 and 6 cm is used in this system.
- It can be combined with a thicker net for intercepting small debris and dust.
- Maximum distance between poles is 8 m, standard dimensions of one module: 6 m wide and 3 m deep.
- The modules can be joined using 2 m connecting nets
Scaffolding-mounted T type safety net
– designed to protect persons from falls from height not exceeding 6 m. If installed at the highest floor, the net will also be effective in the case of large parts, such as girders, falling from heights.
Most important features:
- Polypropylene net with 100 x 100 mm mesh, with a border rope – protecting people from falls from height; integrated protective net – protection against falling objects;
- An alternative to the ceiling mounted version.
- Module dimensions: 6 m wide, 3 m deep.
- Tested using a 100 kg steel ball dropped from a height of 7 m.
- Scaffolding to be reinforced by anchors at every knot in places where the nets are installed.
- Weight: 10 kg
