The Controller processes Personal Data in ways depending on the purpose for which they are collected or transferred (a precise description of the purposes for the processing of personal data is provided in \u00a74 of the Privacy Policy); at all times this takes place with due respect to the relevant provisions of the law, in particular of the GDPR.<\/li>

In the majority of cases, the Data is received by the Controller directly from the person to whom it is related to; this happens e.g. when this person fills in a form or makes a purchase through the Website.
